Executive Function coaching is the science and art of guiding learners to strengthen their own capacity to get things done.

Please review this article or watch this YouTube video for an in-depth explanation on what executive function coaching is and how it can help your student.

Please review this article on how to talk to your child about executive function coaching. Within it, you will find a sample script for addressing students’ common concerns.

As a parent, you control many aspects of your student’s life – where they live, what they eat, their curfew, etc. This unequal power dynamic can make your student very sensitive to your feedback. By having an objective professional help them with the challenges of school, it can free up space to focus on building a healthy dynamic with your student.

However, if you do want to try implementing these techniques with your student, we suggest going through this free course on how to build executive function skills.
